Ranch Tortilla Chips

Guys, I'm not gunna lie; I'm on hard times. But y'know what? There's always good with the bad, and out of having no money and not much food left lying around the house, I came up with this.

We had some tortillas left over, but no cheese, so I couldn't make pizzas or quesadillas. Thus, I took a look at the pizza cutter, the tortillas, and the cheap knock-off ranch dressing, then I thought to myself, "Y'know what? I'm hungry for something crunchy... let's make chips!"

My last attempt at chips [potato chips] didn't turn out so well, but these were fucking fantastic!

It's really easy, so here's how to do it:

1. Cut tortillas into triangles.
2. Spread ranch over the triangles. Make sure it's a thin layer!
3. Put in oven and bake until golden brown.

They came out with the perfect amount of crispiness and just that nice light flavor from the ranch without being overpowering. The aftertaste is also pretty darn good.
